For: Managers rebuilding struggling teams or scaling high-performing ones

Timeline: Act 1 available Q2 2026, subsequent acts through 2026

Structure

This pathway publishes in acts, allowing you to apply concepts from each act before moving to the next:

  • Act 1 (Q2 2026): Foundation and mindset shifts
  • Act 2 (Q2-Q3 2026): Communication and rituals
  • Act 3 (Q3 2026): Hiring and onboarding
  • Act 4 (Q3-Q4 2026): Sustainability and making changes stick

Each act builds on the previous, but you'll have time to implement before the next arrives.

Prerequisites

Consider completing the "Understanding Teams" pathway first if you're new to team leadership. That pathway teaches diagnosis — seeing what's happening. This pathway teaches intervention — fixing it.
