Foundation and diagnosis — learning to see what's actually happening in teams. Covers dysfunctions, motivation, visibility, and recognizing the patterns that either build momentum or create spirals.

For: Team leads, new managers, and anyone trying to understand why their team isn't working

Timeline: Available Q2 2026

Purpose

Before you can fix a team, you need to understand what's actually happening. This pathway teaches you to see the patterns — the dysfunctions, the motivation gaps, the invisible work, and the spirals that either build momentum or destroy it.

This is the foundation. Once you can diagnose what's happening, you'll be ready to intervene (see Building High-Performing Teams pathway).
